A long full life of contributions to the Minneapolis Public School System, Community orchestras, Finn Hall band, the University of Minnesota, Sons of Norway, her family and loved ones came to an end the spring of 2005. Margaret died after a series of health challenges left her body too weak to rally for another concert. A music-filled memorial service allowed all of us who were touched by her to bid her farewell.  Her sense of committment, humor and ready smile will be missed by all.
